The recently upgraded and newly renovated conferences/meeting/ function rooms and dormitories are comfortable for meeting/staying with beautiful scenery to Mount Salak located within the BIOTROP complex which can be reached around 40 minutes from Jakarta by car. It may used by other organizations and groups at reasonable cost. Detailed information are available upon request.

There are two big conference rooms, one with maximum seating capacity of sixty (60), and other, thirty (30). Both are provided with modular tables that can be arramged accordingly. In addition, there are two small lecture rooms for thirty (30) persons each. The auditorium has a maximum seating capacity of two-hundred (200). With modular tables, eighty (80) persons can be comfortably seated. It is multipurpose and can be transformed into a social hall or converted for indoor sports. Audio-visual and sound systems are available in all rooms and hall.

Facilities for accomodation and food service are also available.There are seven (7) dormitory houses, each with four bedrooms for double occupancy complete with toilet and bath. A TV set is available at the living-dining room of each dormitory. CNN is available. The VIP house has four bedrooms, each one aircontioned and a TV set is in place. Solar energy source for hot water is consider presently.

For the sportsminded, there is a tennis court within the BIOTROP complex that can be used by guests and conference participants accordingly. Badminton and table tennis facilities are available.
